It is the customers’ responsibility to handle garments with care during cleaning. Since most items are handmade, small imperfections incur during the manufacturing process. Once you submit an order, the product(s) are now the customer’s property. If a customer fails to accept a paid-by-customer delivery that was shipped or pick up property within 14 days of the payment date during the schedule window listed: Tues-Fri 6-9pm & Sat 12-7pm & Sun 1-4pm.
