Every item is inspected before being packaged. The return costs and freight times from our manufacturer are costly; therefore, challenging our best price(s) offered to our customers as a small business! All sales are final, even if the customer has not worn or touched the product; products are immediately the property of the customer once paid. The size tags in garments are for reference and are not standard so it is up to the customer to use product description(s) for best judgement. Colors of items vary in different photography lighting. It is the customers’ responsibility to handle garments with care during cleaning. Since most items are handmade, small imperfections incur during the manufacturing process. Once you submit an order, the product(s) are now the customer’s property. If a customer fails to accept a paid-by-customer delivery that was shipped or pick up property within 14 days of the payment date during the schedule window listed: Tues-Fri 6-9pm & Sat 12-7pm & Sun 1-4pm. The Third Wave will consider the property abandoned and has the right to dispose of, or use any such property in any way The Third Wave chooses. Thanks for understanding.
