The Third Wave has helped bring out the inner fashionista of many with chic yet contemporary couture since 2016. Whether it's everyday casual wear or birthday slays, we are an online boutique supplying unique retail to help you stay ahead of the new waves. The Third Wave started as a college side hustle for our Texas A&M-graduated owner and now has transitioned to a physical showroom to provide value to our #WaveCave with convenience, quality, and exclusive waves. No matter the occasion, we aim to cater to all shapes, sizes, and individualism through unique finds at competitive prices. POLICY

The Third Wave, 2023. Customer service is our priority. The Third Wave values your support. POLICY: Currently, The Third Wave does not offer refunds or exchanges, no exceptions. Why? Every item is inspected before being packaged. The return costs and freight times from our manufacturer are costly; therefore, challenging our best price(s) offered to our customers as a small business! All sales are final, even if the customer has not worn or touched the product; products are immediately the property of the customer once paid. Returned to sender by customer's mistake is a matter to be resolved with the USPS insurance claim we include complimentary for the customer. The size tags in garments are for reference and are not standard so it is up to the customer to use product description(s) for best judgement. Colors of items vary in different photography lighting. It is the customers’ responsibility to handle garments with care during cleaning. Since most items are handmade, small imperfections incur during the manufacturing process. Once you submit an order, the product(s) are now the customer’s property. If a customer fails to accept a paid-by-customer delivery that was shipped or pick up property within 14 days of the payment date during the schedule window listed: Tues-Fri 7-9pm & Sat 1-6pm, The Third Wave will consider the property abandoned and has the right to dispose of, or use such property in any way The Third Wave chooses.
